FLAVORED OILS:
Easy, Inexpensive & Elegant

You are most likely to run into these tasty flavored oils while out on the town at your favorite gourmet eatery. Now you can use flavored oils in a variety of recipes. Skip the high-dollar gourmet shops and make your own flavored oil right at home. It’s easy and inexpensive!

Cilantro Oil
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Bunch Cilantro - Coarsely Chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
Add all Ingredients to blender and blend 1-2 minutes.

Red Chile Oil
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Dried California Chiles (Coarsely Chopped)
1/2 tsp Salt
Sauté California Chiles in 1Tbsp Oil to bring out flavor for one Minute to bring out the flavor. (do not burn) Add ingredients to blender and blend 1-2 minutes.

Lemon Dill Oil
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Shallot Chopped & Sautéed
1 Zest of lemon
6 Sprigs of Dill
1/2 tsp. Salt
Add all Ingredients to blender and blend 1-2 minutes.

Garlic Rosemary Oil
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Cloves of garlic - Slice & Sauté
1” - 6” Sprig of Rosemary
1/2 tsp. Salt
Add all Ingredients to blender and blend 1-2 minutes.

Chinese Hot Chile Oil
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp. Crushed Red Chiles
1 Tbsp. Black Bean & Garlic Paste
Heat oils in sauté pan over medium high heat. Add chilies and cool for about 30-45 seconds. Transfer to metal bowl, add bean paste & let cool. Use as a condiment on Asian foods.

The Cilantro Oil, Red Chile Oil, Lemon Oil, and Garlic Rosemary Oil can be used for sautéing, salad dressings or as a finishing oil (Drizzle over poultry meat dishes and fish.) If using as a finishing oil. Use a plastic squeeze bottle with a small tip cap.

Side note: Always consider food safety. Be sure to read up on Botulism and how to keep your infused oils free from danger.
