ASIAN STREET TACOS

Ingredients
12 Small Corn Tortillas
1 lb Beef Steak (I used top sirloin)
1 Cup Korean BBQ sauce
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Green Cabbage
1/2 Cup Shredded Red Cabbage
1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 T Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 T Siracha Instructions
Marinate beef in
1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce for 1-2 hours.

Grill to desired doneness and dice. In a small bowl mix together red and green cabbage, carrots, Cilantro, sesame oil and lime juice. Mix mayonnaise and Siracha in a small bowl. Heat tortillas and assemble tacos, place a small amount of beef on tortillas and drizzle with remaining Korean BBQ sauce. Top with Asian slaw and Siracha mayonnaise.
