1 C Green Onions (thinly sliced)
3 medium sized White Potatoes (2
1/2 lbs. thinly sliced)
1 1/2 pts Whipping Cream
2 C Flour
1/2 Tbs Salt
1 tsp White pepper
9x13 inch pan
oven to 350 degrees
